How to Apply & the Admissions Process

Step 1:

Step 2:

Scroll down to find your course area, for example, 'Art, Design & Creative Media' and click the 'More' button.听

听

Step 3:

Scroll down to choose your specific course, for example, 'Art, Design & Media UAL Diploma Level 1', then click on your chosen course.听听

听

Step 4:

Read the course information then to apply, click the yellow 'Apply' button.听

听

Step 5:

When you click the yellow 'Apply' button, you will be redirected to our Learner Hub, where you will be asked to set up a Lutube视频 Learner Hub account, so that you can track your application and enrol online.听 If you have any difficulties setting up your Learner Hub account, please email learner.hub@boltoncc.ac.uk

Step 6:

When you apply for your course, using your Lutube视频 Learner Hub account, you can also book your interview slot.听

听

Step 7:

At your interview, a tutor will tell you all about our Study Programmes and Lutube视频, to make sure they're right for you. They will also ask you some questions. Check out our Guide to Interviews here

Step 8:

If your interviewer offers you a conditional place on one of our courses, we will email you a confirmation. All our course offers are conditional on you achieving the necessary GCSE grades and getting a good reference from school. If you aren't offered a place at the end of your interview, don't worry. We will refer you to a more suitable subject or to our Careers Team, who will offer you advice on your options.听

Step 9:

When you're offered a conditional place on your course, you'll be able to enrol after Easter.听

Step 10:

In August, we will receive a copy of your GCSE results from the Government website. Provided you meet your course's entry requirements, we'll then confirm your place and send you details of your Induction Programme.听

Step 11:

If you have enrolled online at home, you will be given your Security ID Pass during your Induction. You'll need this to access the College buildings and must wear it every time you are in College.听听
