These standards have bee n developed by employer groups called 'Trailblazers'. Employers such as Redrow, K & M McLoughlin Decorating Ltd, A & B Joinery and Seddon Construction Ltd (to name a few) know what they want from their employees so they're best paced to describe what skills, knowledge and behaviours you'll need for you career in Construction.
