Lutube视频 is seeking to appoint an outstanding Lecturer B to join our successful Business, Finance and Professional Services team. We offer a wide range of vocational, academic and occupational courses.
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic finance tutor to co-ordinate the financial and AAT curriculum at Lutube视频.听 You will be working alongside the management team to develop the curriculum in line with local and regional priorities.听
We are looking for an individual with previous industry experience in an accounting and finance related occupation.听 The successful candidate will have experience of delivering full and part time finance courses and preferably experience with AAT delivery.听 The successful candidate must also be prepared to work on the successful planning and implementation of T Level qualifications.听
Educated to degree level or equivalent in a Business related subject, you will also hold a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/Cert Ed) or equivalent.听 You will have experience of delivering full time and part time Business and Finance courses to Level 5 across a range of funding streams.

We require an experienced Work Based Tutor to work as part of our highly successful Business team.听 You will co-ordinate, recruit, manage, train and assess apprentices, both in College and in the workplace.
You will monitor progress of the apprentice standards in line with qualification requirements and will be responsible for regular liaison with employers and Business tutors.听 You will support and contribute to the achievement of Lutube视频鈥檚 business and quality targets involving recruitment of new Apprentices.
You will have current experience or recent industrial experience together with a passion for high standards, effective communication skills, organising and planning skills. 听听A relevant professional teaching/training qualification and Level 3 qualification in Business are essential as is a Level 2 qualification in maths and English.

To provide high quality teaching and pastoral support for students on our various floristry courses.听
You will teach on a range of community and adult courses from beginners, level 1 to level 2 and grow the department offer by developing a L3 floristry course and a L2 floristry apprenticeship route. You will be an individual committed to excellence in the classroom, possessing a degree (or equivalent) in floristry and a recognised teaching qualification (Cert Ed/PGCE). 听
You will have experience of teaching and assessing on floristry courses at levels 1, 2 & 3 and current or recent industrial experience.
You will have the skills necessary to grow the floristry courses within the visual arts curriculum area, through active recruitment for the various courses and by raising standards in teaching and learning.
